Sharecrows Food Drive—Help Fill the Boats Before Winter

The seventh annual Sharecrows food drive is underway across Saugeen Shores, and time is running short. The drive runs through **October 31**, and this year has a special local angle: boats in Port Elgin are going into winter storage, making this the perfect moment to load them up with donations. Sharecrows are scarecrows placed around town to collect food and funds for the hungry in our community. Whether you drop off canned goods, pasta, peanut butter, or a donation, you're helping your neighbours put food on the table when they need it most. Every item counts. Every dollar helps. Stop by a Sharecrow near you and be a hunger hero this fall. **Donations accepted through October 31.**
